Diagnose the result
before you relist.

Your previous listing activity tells a story. Review the evidence before deciding what to change.

What happened with your listing?

Few or no showings

Start with price, photographs, online presentation, showing access, and the homes buyers chose instead. These are possible barriers to interest; the listing history and actual activity should guide the review.

Possible explanations, not automatic conclusions.

All seller questions
What is included in a free home evaluation?

A review of your property, relevant comparable sales, competing listings, condition, and timing. Dwayne can discuss a suggested pricing range and the information behind it. It is a comparative market review, not an appraisal or a guaranteed sale price.

My listing expired. Do I have to start over?

Start by reviewing the previous listing history, showing activity, feedback, and offers. Those records can help identify what to investigate before setting a new price or marketing plan. A new agent or MLS number alone is not a new strategy.

Do I need to make repairs before selling?

That depends on the home, your budget, the likely buyer pool, and the work involved. Compare selling as-is with selected improvements before committing to a renovation. Property condition and city requirements need individual review.
